KARACHI: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi inaugurated another passport office at NADRA Mega Center in North Nazimabad for the convenience of the citizens of Karachi.
Mr Naqvi along with Director General Passport Mustafa Jamal Qazi inaugurated the passport office. Senior officials briefed the minister on the working of the passport office and said that it will work in three shifts and citizens will be able to make passports from here 24 hours a day.
Mr Naqvi inspected the counters for making passports, during which he also met the staff and citizens coming to make identity cards and passports.
Expressing satisfaction over the provision of best facilities to the citizens, the minister said that there had been a tremendous work on part of the officials to facilitate the citizens.
On this occasion, Mr Naqvi on the occasion also listened to the problems of women in getting biometric done through BISP and gave instructions to the concerned officials on the spot to solve the problems.
