Federal Minister for Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Affairs has been holding election rallies in Gilgit-Baltistan for the past one week in defiance of the Election Commission rules, he addressed a public gathering today and spoke of a very low standard.
Ali Amin Gandapur, whose reputation is already not very good, has used words in a very wrong way about PML-N leader and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz that no one expected.
Addressing an election rally in Shigar area of Gilgit-Baltistan, Ali Amin Gandapur smiled in a very inappropriate manner and said, “Maryam Nawaz is beautiful, there is no doubt about it.”
The Kashmir Minister did not stop there but continued his speech saying that Maryam Nawaz is beautiful but there is no doubt about it but this beauty of Maryam Nawaz is the perfection of the surgery done from the national wealth looted in the previous government of Nawaz Sharif.
Making fun of Maryam Nawaz’s personality, he told the people of Gilgit-Baltistan that if you undergo such surgeries, you too will look like Hollywood heroes Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt.
Citizens have expressed their grief and anger over this statement of Ali Amin Gandapur. Citizens said that it is not known what was the mental state of Ali Amin Gandapur at that time. Such people cannot be eligible to represent the country.
One citizen said that it seems that Ali Amin Gandapur had used “Ganda Puri Shahad”, otherwise no conscious person would have said such a thing.
People without distinction of political affiliation said that women are given full respect in our society, such vulgar phrases fall into the category of sexual harassment, Prime Minister Imran Khan to give examples of the West immediately take notice of this and Ali Amin Gandapur Strict action should be taken against him and he should be removed from office.
People say that Kashmiri women who have been subjected to oppression and sexual harassment by Indian soldiers and the head of the ministry in the name of the people cannot be a person like Ali Amin Gandapur who has no place in the sanctity of women.
Ali Amin Gandapur If he cares a little about the dignity of Pakistani women, he should immediately apologize to Maryam Nawaz and resign from the post. Such derogatory comments about any woman are not acceptable.
