Seven terrorists killed trying to infiltrate from Afghanistan: ISPR

Weapons, ammunition and explosives recovered from killed terrorists.

RAWALPINDI: The Inter-Services Public Relations on Wednesday said that security forces shot dead seven terrorists trying to infiltrate into North Wazirstan from Afghanistan.

The ISPR said that the security forces guarding the border noticed the movement of the seven terrorists and intercepted them. However, the armed men opened fire and tried to escaped.

“The infiltrators were surrounded, effectively engaged and after an intense fire exchange, all seven territories were sent to hell.”

The ISPR said weapons, ammunition and explosives was recovered from the killed terrorists.

Pakistan has consistently been asking interim Afghan Government to ensure effective border management on their side of the border.
